Return Policy

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Midnight Mani.
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our press-ons, returns or exchanges are not accepted. We are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. Review your size preferences carefully before placing an order and purchase a Sizing Kit before ordering any luxury press ons sold by Midnight Mani.
If there was an error with your order, wrong item was sent, a defect or error has been made, please send an email to Pressonsbytiff@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, images and a brief description regarding the defect or error.
In the rare event, you may receive a partial refund, or a replacement order.
Cancellation Policy
Please send an email to pressonsbytiff@gmail.com asap to cancel an order! Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
No cancellations or changes may be made after 24 hours.

We currently offer shipping services through USPS Ground Advantage.

*Please note, once an order is dropped off with the shipping service, Midnight Mani is no longer responsible for the package. For delays or issues regarding shipping, you must contact the carrier service for more information.
Lost or stolen packages
Midnight Mani is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect or incomplete address that was provided at the time of checkout.
Once a package is handed over to the shipping service, Midnight Mani is no longer responsible for the whereabouts of the package.
Midnight Mani is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.
If your item has been lost-in-transit, please contact your carrier service, which will have more information regarding the transit of your package (s).
Damaged items
Every order is carefully packaged before it is sent to the shipping carrier. If an item was damaged upon arrival, Please send an email to Pressonsbytiff@gmail.com within 7 days or receiving your order.
Please include the order number, images of the damaged item(s) and a brief description. You may be eligible for a replacement.
